Here's another one of my crudely Photoshopped comics that I did a while back. It's actually my first attempt at illustrating something myself so some of the art is pretty bad. Come to think of it I probably should have shown this one first... Oh well. Enjoy.

A special thanks to Ken Karnas and Christy Kota for their help. And to the people at the Dairy Queen in Wantage, NJ for not saying anything as we spent several hours in their parking lot taking pictures.

The fact that I can't draw to save my life has always hindered my ability to make comics. It seemed that no matter how great an idea I had I was useless without an artist. So a while back I decided to try and remedy that by coming up with alternatives to drawing, methods that were a little more suited to my limited artistic abilities. One such idea involved taking pictures and tracing over them in photoshop to make them look like drawings. It was a rather crude process but seemed to do the job, I even got two short stories out of it. Here's one of them.

A special thank you to Ken Karnas for all his help.

Today's a pretty big deal for my girlfriend and I. We've officially surpassed that point where most of our previous relationships have crashed and burned.

I can't say I'm all that surprised, I knew from the start that this girl was something special. But still, it's nice have reached that point where we can both let out a little sigh of relief becauseb we're as optimistic about our future as we were in those first days.

So in honor of today I give you a short story about the first time we met.
